2. The file you just printed is the Mode Dial for the Canon EOS Rebel T6 camera.
Take some time, and study this paper. Have your camera in front of you, and study the mode dial on the actual camera. Try to commit to memory what each different mode is for.
3. Now, watch these videos to become more familiar the mode dial (keep in mind, your camera may differ just slightly from the video):
This video may be a little redundant, but it will help you to remember the different modes and may offer a slightly different perspective.
And, just one more. This is for the 3i camera by Canon, and so it has an extra mode (A-dep), so just ignore that part. This gentleman gives great examples of what each mode can do. Take notes so that you can start practicing with taking shots next week!
